Q.  What does the title of your book mean? And is that you on the cover?

A.  "Rise Above" means accepting and becoming a better person. "The Truth" is a newly discovered and a emotionally difficult fact. 
     And to answer you second question, no that is not me on the books cover. However, the idea for the cover was my idea. The cover department did the artistic work using my input. I could not be happier with the cover. 

Q.  What is the message you are hoping the story will get across to your readers?

A.  The story or message is that the choices we make in life will always have an affect on someone else, whether we intend it to or not. There are times these choices bring joy to a persons life, but other times a choice can be a quite a struggle to understand and move past.

Q.  How did I come up with the idea for the story?

A.   I had a storyline in my head, but honestly, when I started to write the manuscript the story took on a life of its own. I found myself often wondering, "What are the characters going to do next?" I never knew where that days writing was going to take me. It was so much fun to write, as I hope it is to read.

Q.  Is there really a Wave Organ?
